By using Callendina Gatekeeper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Purpose of Service

Gatekeeper provides centralized authentication and authorization for the Callendina application fleet.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass security controls or gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Use the service for any automated "scraping" or "brute-forcing" of authentication tokens.
• Share your account or MFA credentials with others.

3. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to block IP addresses or suspend access for users who violate these terms or exhibit suspicious behavior (e.g., exceeding rate limits or multiple failed authentication attempts).

4. Limitation of Liability

Gatekeeper is provided "as is". While we strive for 100% availability, Callendina Pty Ltd is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or inability to access downstream applications.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
